Love my HUSBAND!!

I am learning to knit. Norma has been teaching me. I really want to get my own set of needles and find the yarn that I have (could have SWORN that I brought some with me... but I guess not.) I've been borrowing some yarn and circular needles from her. I really enjoy it. I've been experimenting some.

My husband is the greatest. I love him so much. the past several days I've had very long days at work. Rob has cooked me dinner. Last night he made a pork roast with cream o' mushroom soup over top (put in the crock pot all day.) He also made egg noodles and peas. SO good. the meat was so tender. And today he made me cube steak, left over mushroom gravy from last night (with some extra seasonings), mashed potatoes and corn. It was SO good! And, he's said he'll make me brownies in a little bit too.

And, since I didn't want to be upstairs alone, he brought me the laptop, and another blanket so I could lay on the couch and rest. My feet and legs have been really sore from standing in less than wonderful shoes all day. I wonder if I can wear my Crocs to work at Wal-Mart.

I'm just going to finish this week at Food Lion and Wal-Mart said they might try to get me in on my days off from Food Lion to start my training. Can't wait.

I hope my direct deposit worked for my Food Lion check. I really want/need that money!!!

Things I want to buy: (in no particular order)
Dryer
Washer
cloth menstrual pads
knitting needles
blender
better toaster

That's all I can think of at the moment.

Probably the knitting needles (and probably yarn) will come first, followed by the pads. Though, I'm hesitant to use those/do that without a good washer and dryer. so those might have to wait until after we get the washer dryer situation worked out.

I can't remember what else I was going to write about.
